Talasumi

The talasum is a creature of Bulgarian folklore, a shade of someone who died from being built into a house or bridge. In more modern Bulgarian depictions a talasum is similar to the goblin in that it is a generic mischievous spirit - often shown as small and hairy, as are most spirits in Slavic folklore apparently.
